Telling Video Gamers' Jokes: The Good and the Bad

There are plenty of video gamers' jokes out there that are clever in nature, and the best thing about them is that they were designed in such a way that only people who play regularly will understand them. While there are a lot of people who probably won't find them funny, there are others who do. However, before you go around telling them to all of your friends, you should keep in mind that a good majority of the population isn't going to find them funny - as in, not at all. There are some listed here just to give you an idea of how ridiculous they truly are, but again, you should use them at your own risk.

The video gamers' jokes you tell, of course, are going to be based upon the crowd. For instance, if you're a 12-year-old, you might want to tell some that are related to Pokémon. If you're a bit older and into more sophisticated games, stick to things like Call of Duty or World of Warcraft. One of the best Call of Duty jokes out there is, "What's the difference between Call of Duty and a restaurant?" When the crowd can't answer, you can say, "The host and servers in a restaurant actually work most of the time!"

There are tons of one-liners out there, too, but don't expect them to get you any laughs. In fact, some of them are so terrible, they might even get you beat up! For example, where does Mario buy his lunch? The answer, unfortunately, is Mario Mart. How about asking what Samus' favorite food is? It's definitely Metroid Prime rib. Finally, how did Snake save on his car insurance? Of course! He switched to Gekko!

Some of these video gamers' jokes are just horrible but others are a bit funny in a sense. Again, before you go around trying to be the comedian, make sure that your audience is going to understand the joke and that you know how to tell it properly.
